Prices in detail
All prices are final prices. As a small business we charge no VAT, so the amount is exactly what you pay. Your quote states the binding scope.
Websites

Both shops include everything from Web Start plus your terms and cancellation policy. Stripe fees per sale are paid directly to Stripe.

Unused minutes can be saved for up to 3 months. Cancel with one month notice to the end of a month. Without a care plan: small change up to 15 minutes €35, otherwise €85 per hour.

You pay the ad budget directly to Google or Meta; we recommend from €300 a month. We earn nothing from your budget. You write and send newsletters yourself.

A request is one chat question, one sorted enquiry, one quote or one reply suggestion. If you exceed a tier, the helper keeps running; the matching tier applies from the following month. Cancel monthly.
The helpers run on our access to the AI “Claude” by Anthropic. AI costs are included in the monthly price; you don’t need your own account. According to its terms, Anthropic does not use the inputs for training, and it is named as a sub-processor in the data processing agreement. No helpers for health, legal or tax advice.
