Hosting costs €0. You only pay for your domain, around €15 to €30 a year. Service plans from €29 a month are optional and can be cancelled monthly. A static site needs no security updates, so a service plan is not a must.

Yes, included with Web Premium and all shops, and available for €190 with Web Start. You get an e-mail invitation to a simple online editor, plus training and a guide. After saving, your change is online within one or two minutes. If you'd rather not do it yourself, choose a service plan.

Yes. If you refer a new customer to us, you yourself – not the customer – get a voucher for Brightpage services once their order is paid – or half of it as a universal shopping voucher: Web Start €100 or €50, Web Premium and Shop Start €200 or €100, Shop Premium €300 or €150, other packages €50 or €25. Please name the referral in the form with the first enquiry; the customer cannot refer themselves. Details in the price list.

From the moment texts and photos are ready: Web Start usually 2 weeks, Web Premium 3 to 4 weeks, shops 4 to 6 weeks. The quote states the exact date.

Domain and code belong to you. Any web developer can continue working with them. There is no contract tying you to us.

If the site uses no tracking and no advertising cookies, usually not. Cloudflare's visitor statistics work without cookies. Please check with your legal adviser whether this applies to you.

You know your business best and provide the content. We help with wording and shortening. If you like, we write the texts after a short call: €190 flat for a one-pager, otherwise €90 per page.

We are a small business under Austrian VAT law (§ 6(1)(27) UStG) and charge no VAT. The price on this page is the amount you pay. Many providers quote net prices with 20 % added on top. Business customers outside Austria: please check the VAT rules of your country with your tax adviser.

That depends on your country, region and business, and programmes change often. Your local chamber of commerce or business development agency can tell you what is available. Important: many programmes require you to apply before placing the order. If you order from us, we're happy to help you check funding options and to issue the quote and invoice the way a programme requires.

Yes. We set up the address with your e-mail provider, for example your domain provider, Microsoft 365 or iCloud+. The mailbox itself may cost extra depending on the provider.

Yes, with the Get found package for €290: Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, Bing and local directories with consistent details, categorisation with company web filters, plus review QR cards and a short report after 30 days. Your existing website stays as it is.

For most small businesses from €300 a month; below that the platform learns too little. You set a daily limit, pay Google or Meta directly and can pause at any time. We earn nothing from your budget. Ongoing management is available for €79 a month, cancel monthly.

Yes, together with a new website: photos of your business on site, up to 2 hours, 15 edited pictures, for €190 plus travel at the official mileage rate. You may use the pictures for your website, Google profile and advertising.

It's our own AI assistant: it answers only from the information on this website and passes your question to the AI Claude by Anthropic. We don't store the conversation. It can make mistakes; our written quote is binding. We build the same kind of assistant for your website.

Claude by Anthropic as standard. On request we build your AI solution with the European AI model Mistral (Mistral AI, France) – at the same price. Knowledge, rules and process are the same either way: the AI answers only from your information, we do not store conversations, and we sign a data processing agreement for customer data.
